Care & Reshaping
Our woven cowboy hats are crafted from natural fibres, which means they may gently shift in shape during transit or wear this is completely normal and part of their character.
If your hat arrives or becomes slightly out of shape from wearing, it can be easily restored:
• Hold the hat over gentle steam (from a kettle or steamy shower)
• While warm, softly reshape by hand to your desired form
• Allow it to cool and dry naturally to set the shape
To care for your hat:
• Store flat or on a hat stand to maintain shape
• Avoid heavy pressure or stacking
• Keep dry (do not wet) when possible and allow to air dry if exposed to moisture
With a little love, your hat will continue to soften, mould, and wear beautifully over time.
