Tegan Rae is our Gold Coast jewellery label, created for everyday wear, meaningful gifting and life by the coast. You may still see Studio Jo on parts of the website while the store transitions fully to Tegan Rae Jewellery.

Materials vary by style. Many Tegan Rae pieces are crafted from 316L stainless steel with 18K PVD gold plating, while selected pieces use sterling silver, platinum-plated finishes, freshwater pearls, cubic zirconia and other stones. Please check the individual product page for the exact materials.

Many Tegan Rae styles are designed to be water-resistant for everyday life. Materials vary, so check the product details for your exact piece. For the longest life, rinse and dry jewellery after saltwater or chlorine and avoid harsh chemicals, perfume and cleaning products directly on the piece.

Yes. Tegan Rae jewellery is covered by a 6-month colour and craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase. It covers confirmed manufacturing faults, faulty clasps, abnormal plating failure, certain structural faults and stone loss caused by a defective setting. Normal wear, scratches, impact damage and chemical damage are not covered.

Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $99. Express shipping is free on Australian orders over $150. Current rates for smaller orders are $8.85 standard and $12.85 express. Orders are sent with Australia Post.

Yes. We ship internationally with Australia Post. Rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout. You can also view our full Shipping Info page for current international rates.

Eligible jewellery can be returned for change of mind when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and include the original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene or final-sale reasons, earrings, beauty and self-care products including sunscreen, sale items, final clearance items, promotional gifts and apparel are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty goods under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Email hello@studiojostore.com.au with your order number, clear photos of the item and a short description of the issue. Please do not send an item back before receiving approval.
