For many years I felt self love was getting a manicure, massage, hair done, gym, going for a walk. All of the things, buying more things, flowers, a candle, having a drink FOOD! This was what I had associated with self love. This year I have worked very hard in my business and on me, it all started with who the F-ck am I? At 45 I realised I had played roles my entire life, child hood conditioning and a desperation to be loved and validated by others had taught me to be the best actress off all, and I had even convinced myself as well. This year I learned what 'self love' really meant for me, I had to first learn I had near no self worth, and for this actress it was a hard lesson, fast forward this year and Nicole Lee is well in love with herself and I discovered the gift of self love was to strip back all the things and places and just be Time. alone. no phone. no pod cats. not at the beach.
